The truth about being Vegan

Here is another marvellous book that spells out a more in depth content for those interested in becoming vegan and the lies associated with our outdated systems and government spending programmes.

For me when I became vegan the things I noticed was I would hardly ever get a cold. Also my skin cleared up hugely and I experienced a glowing complexion for the first time in my life (sounds like a stupid add for some face cream I know) Anyway I recently found a highly absorbing book which tells you the oh so many benefits of following a vegan lifestyle.

A wealth of information and a great starting point I have found, also especially if you are a vegan yourself and you are constantly questioned by family members and friends this would be a great way of running through the so many positive benefits without having to start your own powerpoint presentation!!! (Which seems to happen whenever I get questioned)

Being a vegan one has to exercise restraint at peoples in built mechanisms for untruths about food and general infrastructure, all of these things you discover when becoming vegan.

I know that for a lot of people it is very difficult to overcome years of the things we have grown accustomed to.

My argument has always been if you can cause the least amount of harm on every level then why wouldn't you?

But I think people have a right to be informed and the imagery that represent the dairy cow and how people are led to believe this reality from childhood goes some way into keeping peoples steadfast opinions.

Here is a low down on the content and there is a link at the bottom of the page to some extra information and also if you may wish to acquire the book there is a link that follows!
